PROJECT: GALLERY EVENT MANAGEMENT

​ARHIV is a creative company based in Tokyo, producing immersive art shows that merge music, performance, and visual culture. We connect International and local artists to create experiences that live beyond the event itself.

At the heart of ARHIV is a Ukrainian founder and creative producer, joined by a team where many members also come from Ukraine. At the same time, our collective brings together talents from different countries and cultural backgrounds. This international spirit makes ARHIV a truly unique community — diverse, creative, and united by one vision: to turn art and music into living memories.

My role was to create the visual identity and branding, as well as helping organize the event and oversee its execution.

The event included a series of interviews (shot in-house), a modern dance performance, a silent auction with original unique pieces made for the event, and a lottery. We also partnered with a jewelry artist, a scent perfumer, lights company, video artist, and DJ.

The event saw 200+ people attending, and all items being purchased.
